I Have Muscle Pain In The Right Side Of The

I have muscle pain in the right side of the back of my neck and into my back. Previously, I pulled muscles in that area. Now, it hurts and I am having numbness and tingling in my right hand any time I put my arm on a surface. I am quite sure that the placement of my arm is not causing a loss of circulation. What are the possibilities?
