I Have My TGO At 36 (normal Level 8-33) And

I have my TGO at 36 (normal level 8-33) and my TGP at 44 (normal level is 4-36) Also, i have my Gamma Glutamil Transerasas at 37 (normal range is 7-32). HDL Cholesteral is 113 (normal range is 35-60) and Total Cholesteral is 237 (normal range is 150-200). Everything else is Normal and I am only feeling a bit fatigued and i am 50 yrs old and show no symptoms of any Hep Virus. Can this be a Fatty Liver or NASH ??
