I Have My Lefy Ovary Partially Removed And Few Aspirations

I have my lefy ovary partially removed and few aspirations done in the right ovary . In most or all of my previous sonographies my left ovary is not visisble or partially not visisble as it is not there.

Now I am having a pain and have done a sonography where the report says both adenexa is normal. How can it happen ?
