I have myasthenia gravis and currently on 15 mg of prednisone every other day and have tapered off from 40mg. Per DAY and seem to be going into remission. I also take one half tab of pyrodestigmine 30mg as needed for symptoms. Could I wee off prednisone completely in a few weeks and just rely on pyrodestigmine?? Ken Krauer.
