I Have Myasthenia Gravis. I Have Tken Myself Off All

I have myasthenia gravis. i have tken myself off all meds except those for the MG (prednisone, mestinon, and clonizapan . I was taking tramadol, sertraline, addderall 5mg will this take time for withdrawl causing upset stomach and pain? earlier this week I had injection of marcaine and kenelog into neck for degenerative c5 & c6 . could that be cause of upset stomach. loose stools.
