I Have Myoclonus For Which I Am Taking Klonopin 0.5

I have myoclonus for which I am taking Klonopin 0.5 mg twice per day, I have been experiencing knee joint pain and aches in my legs, first only from the knee down now from the hip down. I talked to my doctor he said the pain was being caused by the bursa sack located just down and to the right of my left knee and the opposite on my right knee. Which one is more plausible to cause this pain?
