I Have Nasal Congestion So I Just Used Fluticasone Propionate

I have nasal congestion so I just used fluticasone propionate and now am really stuffed up. I cannot breathe through my nose at all. I sprayed with Nasacort to try to counteract it but it hasn't helped. How long will the stuffiness last and is there anything I can do. I tried cold water to reduce swelling but it hasn't helped either.
