I Have Nausea On A Daily Basis. It Starts Early

I have nausea on a daily basis. It starts early afternoon and continues to worsen throughout the day. Noise makes it much worse and people talking to me worsens it as well. I have Nexium 40mg that I take daily for my duodenum ulcer but it doesn't help any longer.
