I Have Neasau, Blotting, Bouts Of Diarrhea 1 To 2

I have neasau, blotting, bouts of diarrhea 1 to 2 times a week after I have pain in my abdomen ,frequent urination pain in my pelvis.
I had a hysterectomy 2002' diabete, I have a ovarian cyst on left ovary its 4.2 cm
What could this be.? I'm 46 weigh 275 and I'm 6'2
