I Have Neck Pain, Upper Chest Pain In Clavical Area

I have neck pain, upper chest pain in clavical area that comes and goes, inner elbow pain, weekness and tingling of pinky and ring finger that come and go. All symptoms on left side of body. I also have random sharp headaches the come and go quickly. I recently had dye tests with ct done for veins, ekg, and blood work to check for heart damage. Im 26 year old male.
