I Have Nerve Damage In My Face From Being Hit

I have nerve damage in my face from being hit by a 100mph baseball. Left zygomatic arc if that helps. I also have a rash on that neck that has only been there since after the reconstructive surgery. How can they be connected?
The rash is much like ache without the puss. Nothing ever comes out of the sores. They sometimes itch or hurt
