I Have Neuralgia On The Left Side Of My Forehead

I have neuralgia on the left side of my forehead and the top of my head caused by shingles. I can't get rid of them, they itch and burn. I've been on several meds as well as natural remedies and doing nothing. I'm getting worried something more serious is wrong. The shingles settled in my eye. I've been bothered with this for about 18 months.
