I Have Neurogenic Bowels. I Have Lately Been Having A

I have neurogenic bowels. I have lately been having a lot of abdomen pain, lots of gas but hardly any bowel movements unless I can "help" some out digitally. Earlier today I had extreme abdomen pain and my bp was high. I did manage to help about 6 in of stool out and had 3 episodes of gas, which has eleviated some of my pain. But I'm still feeling bloated and a little bit of pain, shall I be concerned?
