I Have Never Been To A Dentist Okay My Gums

I have never been to a dentist okay my gums are black and I have a lump on my cheek I take Tylenol I take assburn to put on my gums what do I doi can't afford the dentist my moth has Ben sore for 8years no one will except me.i go threw pain pills 3times a week I known it's not good what do I the left side of my cheek by my jaw is swollen like a little lump like I had a stroke anything I can do over counter to make it stop hurting I don't have money or to cost money to talk to a doctor I want to talk to a free doctor on what to do.please email me back thank you
