I Have Never Felt This Way, Ever. My Face, Teeth

I have never felt this way, ever. My face, teeth and arms have been tingling for three days. I have a continuous swooshing in my head. Very light headed. Swooshing is with dizziness every time I move. I just checked my blood pressure and it is 155 over 101. I can not take another night like last night. Should I go to the hospital?
