I Have Never Had An Allerguc Reaction Before. ABoiut 1

I have never had an allerguc reaction before. ABoiut 1 hour ago my eye started itching, then the other eye joined in. Then the roof of my mouth started to itch. I took 2 benedryl, but now my toung has swollen-just a little, but swollen. Probably not a major thing, but I live 1 1/2 hour from an emergency room, so would like some guidelines, please
