I Have Never Had Sex Or Received Oral Sex But

I have never had sex or received oral sex but having weird herpe like symptoms and I have bad anxiety and really panicking. My pee was burning so I checked my forkin and saw red areas. They didn't burn at first until the next day when the middle and the edge started to peel a little. I went to the doc and he said it could just be a fungal infection and to use doffernt soap. So I got home and noticed three tiny pimple on each of my butt cheek, and am now scared because some people say herpes is often mistaken for pimples. Is this all just a coincidence? Does this sound like herpes. And last thing is my tail bone was swollen and painful no sore or anything this might just be the boils I get since I was diagnosed with Hidredentiris suppuritiva. But I don't know I've read so many symtoms and it seems like I have some but then others I don't.
