I Have Never Had This Problem Before I Have Went

I have never had this problem before I have went many months with out having sex. I shaved my vaginal area and had sex 2 days later I shave again and had sex I had noticed a small cut on the inside of my vagina I used a antibacterial wipe and the some triple antibiotic cream and broke out all over my vaginal area. It is sore red and bumpy and very uncomfortable. The small cut is now swollen and seems to be bigger nowhow can I treat this?
