I Have Never Taken Steroids Before. Went To Urgent Care

I have never taken steroids before. went to urgent care center for a viral bronchitis, couldn't breath well, whezzing, and constant cough. Was given IM steroid, steroid breathing treatment and prednisone to take 30mg po when I got hme and cont. over next 5 days tapering dose. Since taking first po dose, I can't sleep, mind is raceing and I feel like I climbing the walls!!
