I Have Never Used Anything Like This But For Over

I have never used anything like this but for over 24 hours I have had extreme discomfort in my stomach. I threw up for most of the day yesterday and diarrhea the entire day. I couldn't keep any food down yesterday and today everytime I ate something I would feel extremely sick. I also havnt urinated in about 24 hours despite trying to drink water. Just there when I did urinate it was red. Not sure what is wrong with me but I am not feeling good in the least.
