I Have New Left Knee Pain, New Left Ring Finger

I have new left knee pain, new left ring finger trigger finger, twitching of my right eye and now have been found to have "extra" beats of my heart found on a Holter Monitor. I have only talked with the Cardiology Fellow and not the MD yet. I spend lots of time in the woods mountain biking and live in a part of Lyme CT. Could I possibly have undiagnosed Lyme disease?
