I Have Nexk Pain With A Popping Sound When I

I have nexk pain with a popping sound when I move it up and down. My left arm tingles and goes numb all the way to my thumb, pointer finger and middle finger. I have started dropping things and not being able to pick up as well. Now the symptoms are starting on the right side.
