I Have Night Sweats , Drenching Night Sweats. In December

I have night sweats , drenching night sweats. In December I was struck by a pickup truck while crossing the street. I had a traumatic brain injury , broken back, fractured skull, broken nose. These sweats wake me up and I have soaked the sheets. Do you have any ideas?? If so thank you
