I Have No Feeling In My Breasts Except For My

I have no feeling in my breasts except for my nipples but I can feel when I'm scratching them or when they're tender from menstrual pains. I can feel pinching the skin normally.

I have done experiments like hitting them extremely hard and it's more so my hand that hurts. Only when I hit really hard does it register that I've even been hit and the minimal pain is more like pinch and it doesn't linger or bruise
