I Have No Fever Or Colored Discharge From The Nose,however

I have no fever or colored discharge from the nose,however i get nasal congestion when i talk, the more i talk the more congested i get. When i dont talk I can breathe fine through my nose. Ive tried steriods from my ENT and a broad spectrum antibiotic that did nothing to change the symptom.. Soooooo.
