I Have No Gallbladder(emergency Surgery On 19th Birthday) I Am

I have no gallbladder(emergency surgery on 19th birthday) I am now 36 years old.I never have solid stools and am use to going to bathroom 4-7 times a day.For awhile I've been very weak and hard to wake.I have very shake hands (maybe last couple weeks) now the last 3 nights I have had racing heart,numb hands and feet (sometimes tingling,sometimes burning) I could not sleep as usual and got up to use bathroom shortly after and noticed yellowish foam in my stool.I have no idea if these symptoms go together but my bathroom breaks have nearly doubled the last week or so.Not sure whether it's a see the doctor thing as I've lived most of my life on the toilet it seems.
