I have no insurance. I was in the hospital for a week early in January. Then once my labs were normal they discharged me even though I was homeless and unable to walk. They said I was malnourished and that the electrolytes were out of whack, I have abused alcohol.. They did all kinds of test on me to include Nerve Conduction Studies, Spinal tap, Mri, CT scan and those test didn't show anything that was bad I suppose or they would have told me.
They discharged me and my mother came to Louisiana to get me and I am now in Texas at her house on a cot with a portable toilet next to the cot and a wheelchair. I am trying to get some kind of medicare with social security but that appointment is on the 12th. I am taking Neurontin, and various vitamins, Tramadol. My feet hurt all the time, some more than other times. I try to do the exercises they showed me to do while I was an inpatient. My mother has a foot massager that you put water in and some rollers , I have used that. Sometimes the veins in my leg look larger and hurt to touch, but then after a while goes back to normal. I guess I am wondering what else I could try at home to do until I am able to get some kind of medical insurance such as medicare or Medicaid and can go see a doctor here. My name is Wiliam
