I Have No Knee Or Ankle Reflex And Have Been

I have no knee or ankle reflex and have been experiencing burning, tingling and numb feet. Also have had vertigo 6 times. I have had a brain and spinal cord MRI along with a spinal tap. MS was just ruled out along with diabetes, Lyme's disease, vitamin b12 deficiency and syphillis. What could this be?
