I Have No Pain Whatsoever In My Ear But It

I have no pain whatsoever in my ear but it feels and sounds like there is a clog or cotton in it type of sound. No pressure, no water sloshing sound. I had a mild ear infection in it about 3-4 weeks ago and caught it early with antibiotic ear drops. Swam. A few weeks later and got a little water in it so I used the swimmers ear drops to dry it out - one dose. It burned a bit as I t passed very deep down into my ear and since then I've had this cotton like sound/feeling in the ear. What's going on?
