I Have No Strength, Have Had Diarrhea Since Friday Night.

I have no strength, have had diarrhea since Friday night. A very watery stool with what looks like yellow fibrous floaties Anything I eat or drink goes right through me. I'm hungry but afraid to eat as I'm pretty sore below. I'm so tired and yet can't sleep. I woke up sometime through the night and my pyjama top was very wet from sweat and yet I was cold. Help, I have to work tomorrow.
