I Have Non-alcoholic Cirrhosis Of The Liver, Secondary To HCV,

I have non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, secondary to HCV, which was secondary to blood transfusions. Right leg was amputated traumatically in a farming accident in 1979. I was 14 at the time. The HCV basically went un-detected for 34 yrs, in term causing cirrhosis which was grossly detected during gall bladder removal. Have been evaluated at a transplant center starting 3 yrs ago. I have since cleared HCV through Solvaldi and Olysie 12 week therapy. was previously non-resposive and went septic on triple therapy of interferon, incevic, ribovarin after 22 weeks of a 48 week regimine. Had no pain until recently. Now my pain is constant at a 4 out of 10 with episodes of 8 to 10 out of 10. needless to say I also suffer from Hepatic Encephalopathy, Portal Vein Hypertension, gastric and esophgeial varrices. No ruptures to date. Is there a pain medication that I could take that would give me some relief without agrivating my encepalopathy? The constant pain is really starting to effect my life.
