I Have Non-diplaced Fracture Of The Left Sacral Ala And

I have non-diplaced fracture of the left sacral ala and illiac wing that was not caused by a trauma. Bone density test and blood test came back with no issues. I have bone scan scheduled for later this week. If it is also clean and shows no tumor, what could have caused the fracture?
