I Have Nonvasive High Grade Bladder Cancer. I’ve Had Two

I have nonvasive high grade bladder cancer. I’ve had two rounds of bcg injections (6 weeks) . It did not take. Now my doctor wants to do intravesical gemcitabine/doxetaxel. What is involved in this type of treatment? After googling the medicine it doesn’t seem to be a medicine used for bladder cancer
