I Have Normal Coronaries, But When I Bought My Angiogram,

I have normal coronaries, but when I bought my angiogram, to my cardiologist he said I have mild plaque. My LVEDP is 24 -one of my echos showed moderate atrial dilatation . Another one a few weeks later did not show this. I have intermittent periods of breathlessness ---Im concerned
