I Have Nosebleeds For Some Years Now But It's Not

I have nosebleeds for some years now but it's not alot of blood just enough to soak half a tissue paper and it happens after a year or 6 moths or rarely after a month. From past three weeks I am suffering from head spinning it feels like there's an earthquake going on but it's just my head. And also I am having nosebleeds. What might be the reason?
