I Have Not Been Able To Go To The Tiolet

I have not been able to go to the tiolet normal. I just do little pieces .. When i feel i need to used the toilet my hear beat rises. Whent to the doctor and gave me probiotics but it has not help,, I feel full all the time. I get mild headeches.. And now iam seing small rashes in my stomach and it feels like they burn..
