I Have Not Been Feeling Well For 5 Days. Always

I have not been feeling well for 5 days. Always tired and weak feeling. Worst of all, I have a rash that is located on only my right buttock and vaginal area. Had some right leg pain that does away with Tylenol. The rash started out as bumpy patches but has not seem to have spread out into dark blotches. The rash is not itching but is definitely uncomfortable, particularly in the vaginal area when I have to put underwear on.
