I Have Not Been Seen By An Ob-gyn In Years.

I have not been seen by an ob-gyn in years. I do not know if I have gone through menopause. I don't have periods, but occasional light bleeding. We do have sex irregularly due to a hectic & stressful lifestyle. I see a neurologist for chronic migraines, a gastro dr for Gerd & an internist on a regular basis. We recently had a wonderful romantic weekend a month ago celebrating our 19th anniversary ... I'm 60 yrs old. Over the past few months I've had a sudden weight gain of 12 lbs and have had headaches & nausea for the past two weeks every day. Is there any chance I could be pregnant?
