I Have Not Been Sleeping Due To Stomach Pains. I

I have not been sleeping due to stomach pains. I have in the last couple of days felt nausea and extreme fatigue. I feel weak and now feel like I have a head cold with some dizziness. I have been under extreme stress for the last four months so I figured it was stress related but it seems to be getting worse. Can you advise
