I Have Not Came On My Period Since Oct, 2015

I have not came on my period since oct, 2015 and I'm always tired, feeling nausea, and my stomach is getting bigger just my stomach. I have taken a home pregnancy test and it came back negative, but with my son I was on my period for 3 months almost 4 and I didn't know I was pregnant then either. What is going on with me?
