I Have Not Felt Well For A Couple Of Weeks,

I have not felt well for a couple of weeks, I have never had digestive problems. But I have been constipated, bloated, nauseas, I have thrown up a couple of times. I have taken laxatives as well as a fleet enema. I don't have insurance and I have no clue what else to do
