I Have Not Gone To A Chiropractor For A Few

I have not gone to a chiropractor for a few years. I just recall the cracking, some heat treatment and forgot the other I got. I have constant pain on my left shoulder to my neck area for awhile, where sometimes I take one advil, put a heating pad or one of those stinky patches, but it never seems to go away. Would it help to go see her again without fear of breaking my bones? I'm older now at 65. Thanks.
