I Have Not Gotten My Period For This Month My

I have not gotten my period for this month my last menstrual period was on feb 10 . I have some discharge rite now it is a little light yellow and a tiny bit orange. I've never had this happend to me before. Just wondering what it can be. ? Like I said I'm late 2 weeks on my period. A little cramping and the urge to pee here and then.
