I Have Not Had A Period For 10 Years And

I have not had a period for 10 years and will be 60 in a few months so thought I had gone through menopause, but this morning when I went to use the bathroom I had blood on my underwear. I wiped and there was more blood. Went to bathroom a couple hours later and there was more blood. I have been looking online and I am scared that it might be endometrial cancer.
