I Have Not Had A Period For About 4 Years

I have not had a period for about 4 years I'm 59 years old. I take blood thinners and all of a sudden in the last month i will have one or two days of spotting then it will quit for a week then yesterday evening i started bleeding heavy with a lot of clots. Not sure of what to do.
