I Have Not Had My Period For 3 Months Now.

I have not had my period for 3 months now. I bled today in the morning and I thought I finally got my period. However, later on in the day, I went to the bathroom go pee and my pad was dry - no blood, no anything. There wasn't any presence of blood. I am not pregnant because you need to have sex to be pregnant and I am a virgin, so. Please help!
