I Have Not Taken Tramadol In A Couple Months However

I have not taken Tramadol in a couple months however the pain clinic I attend has said I failed the last two drug screens with Tramadol showing up in my system. I take a lot of medication : Lamotrigine, Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, Clonazepam, Elavil, Pregabalin, Norco, Ibuprofen, Metformin, Topiramate. Could a combination of these drugs cause a false positive for Tramadol?
