I Have Noticed A Bit Of Tremors Coming On In

I have noticed a bit of tremors coming on in my hands. This is joined by what feels like an ulcer when I lay down. Also I am really tired all the time and just want to take a nap. I have episodic diarrhea which may be from the Acid Controller OTC medication I take to stop the pain when I lay down. I may have some cloudy urine from time to time.
