I Have Noticed A Change In My Stools Appearance And

I have noticed a change in my stools appearance and an occasional pain just below my rib on my left side it come and goes but its not constant. as for my stool it looks different than diarrhea and you can see what appears to look like oil in my stool it's disgusting this to happens occasionally than my stool is normal
