I Have Noticed A Dent In My Skull Over The

I have noticed a dent in my skull over the last three days. It is pretty significant, and there is pain associated when I touch or rub it. When I first found it, I touched it a little more trying to determine how deep it was. I got a pretty bad headache afterward. I already suffer from severe migraines, this indention has me concerned.
